Genarilally good and respectfull.
Food served on time and genarally good.
I was very impressed with the care I received.
The staff were always cheerful and helpful.
Their knowledge of there professional duties was excellent and I have no worries at all in the event I was a patient in this ward in the future.
The food also was of a very good standard.
Care was good but it was so cold it was extremely uncomfortable it was impossible to sleep sometimes.
It also made for poor working conditions for the staff especially at night. This really should be looked at. ( I was there in November).
I can't think of any improvements, as all went very well, other to say with problem involved on discharge. Which o gather is noted by the nursing staff.
The staff were all excellent. The layout of the CCU is not conducive to a good nights sleep when staff are working at the desk. Not good for seriously ill patience.
Friendly caring staff especially Megan and Hayley.
Quicker release procedure. Long wait for meds.
The staff could not be more caring.
No complaints.
Every thing no improvement.
