Excellent care one problem was a lady on the ward that screamed shouted all night so the whole ward got no sleep what so ever. I feel she should have been moved to a side ward or a ward that could cope with her difficulties.

The staff have been fantastic all day.
They care so much for their patients well being.
Thank you.
Improvements: Make sure people who need irradiated blood are clearly married on the system and paperwork- 2 incorrect units of non-irradiated blood were sent!.
The prescription for the bone drip was also incorrect so treatment delayed 3 hours.

The care and patience of all the staff was outstanding nothing was too much trouble even when treatments were running late and people's tempers were raging. The staff made a scary experience so much better, thank you to all of them.

The nursing staff were extremely attentive and caring.I was happy with the information and consultation prior to and following my procedure. I discovered I have a choice of gas to put me to sleep which would have been better for me as the anesthetic is a traumatic experience for me.
