They made a difficult situation very easy to cope with.

All the staff, from reception to consultant were very kind, helpful and made me feel at ease.
Everything was explainned in simple language and I felt as though I was important to all who dealt with me.

Everything very efficient, bright and cheerful staff. Unfortunately had a 3 hours wait otherwise exceptionally good treatment and care. Well done.

The care provided by nursing and consultant staff cannot be faulted. As always, waiting times were present - line passes slowly!!

The procedure was well explainned staff were kind during the procedure and helped me relax.
Aftercare was very relaxing and I didn't feel rushed. Very reassuring after on few days of worry.
