The staff treated me extremely fantastic, they really put me at ease.
Extremely caring staff and doctor. I had a sedation and couldn't remember having anything done except the sedation.
Seen promptly, lovely nurses, kept informed during procedure and with follow up needed.
The staff were compassionate, caring and exercise in putting you at ease.
The procedure was comfortable and I was given all the information I needed.
Excellent service NHS does a great job. Politicians should listen to the staff at the cola face.
Strange to find entrance through "staff only".
Nobody at reception when I entered and had to ask a nurse if there was someone there. That apart the care of all staff from beginning to end was first class, particularly the nurse in charge in who kept me chatting and took my mind off the probings.
Brilliant, informed, friendly staff, good experience.
The initial briefing was done very well. It clearly covered all of the necessity points in a helpful and sympathetic way, in a confidential setting.
The pre evaluation process was effective, if somewhat daunting, again, it was well explainned.
On the day of the procedure the staff were all professional and helpful.
The procedure was less daunting than I had anticipated with everything well organised and helpful staff. I was treated as an individual throughout the process.
All of it.
I was told everything that would be happening and the nursing staff were kind and pleasant.
