Every who did the procedure could have been more polite.
Nurses were lovely.
Had to wait a couple of hours.

I was impressed with the level of choice re medication etc. Excellent explanation of procedures etc. Cannot think of anything to improve.

Pleasant, friendly staff who explained each stage of the procedure well. Would have been nice if reception desk had been manned on arrival.

I had to wait 2 hours before I was given the procedure. Not ideal if you are nervous, like I was but I gather the previous person had complications.
