Staff are really great from start to finish. Very caring, making me fell as relaxed as they can. Thanking you all.
Nurses were excellent and I was so relaxed.
The nursing staff were extremely professional and also kind and caring.
Pharmacy was 2 hours late sending up treatment.
Gave me right meds. had to wait for a doctor all high and then get told I will see a doctor in 1 hour load of rubbish, I'm not happy.
Excellent caring and thoughtful treatment from all staff. No negative point at all.
Everyone "greeted" me with their first names and helped me in what was a stressful situation. Nothing was too much trouble and every new situation was explained so that I knew what was going to happen. Staff all levels (including porters, meal providers, water jug etc) were all courteous and friendly. Nurses allocated to me were all brilliant, friendly and caring. Slight "downside" - not always clear when I was going to get information on next procedure and from which doctor.
The whole atmosphere of the ward everyone worked together and very happy and cheerfully. I found no faults at all.
Very attentive staff. Seemed to be a happy crew. Consultant very extremely good at explaining what he was going to do and why and then the results. Also progressed all outcomes rapidly in view of my only point of criticism was that I was asked to arrive at 8:00 am and the procedure was performed at 10:45 am - 2 3/4 hrs later. Impending heart bi-pass operation.
