- Very attentive. Thanks to A and E Cheltenham. - Approach to patient very pleasant and caring and helpful. - The hospital could be improved by having 24/7 emergency A and E opening in Cheltenham instead of pushing people over to Gloucester A and E after 8:00 pm daily. - Ambulances should be able to bring patients to Cheltenham after 8:00 pm or all night if necessary.
