1. Friendly attentive and competent nursing staff. 2. Very good medical and pastoral advice from both Dr Chalie Candish and nurse Alison Doyle who also in Ambleside. 3. Wall hooks new the red to navy coats (dressing gowns etc). 4. Longer leads on head phones and the controller, so they read the bed better! 5. The ht adjusting table wheel read lubricating so that they swisel and roll better - applies to all tables that I tried! 6. The blue plastic water jugs - many have water in the bottom and slowly leak their contents over.
