1.Excellent 'customer' service. 2.Professional attitude and procedures especially patient identification always adhered to. 3.Usually on time for appointment time. 4.Late running of appointments normally caused by hospital patient transport not running to schedule - hospital transport needs to seriously look at co-ordinating patient pick-ups so that 2 to 3 patients from a certain area can be picked up together and then treated consequently to ensure delays are minimised.
