l attend the hospital for arthritis and my appointment letter shows the Whitting suite however after walking up to the 3rd floor the receptionist there, who could not have cared less if she tried, passed me to man to explain that for the second time the clinic was in A&E on the ground floor. l do not know why a sign or some guidance could not be put out or if the appointment letter could say report to A&E, which i will do in future and ask where the clinic is that day.
