Physiotherapist seemed very knowledgeable and took very practical approach to recommending exercises and then changing them at follow up appointments to make sure the physio was having greatest impact. Online info about physio direct service and self referral process was good. Would have helped if details of the physiotherapy dept's location within CGH was clearer on the website.
