Kindness showed from all members of staff - (i.e) volunteers. Staff nurses, chemo and radio and reception girls. Smiling, polite, helpful, reassurance. Sorting out any problem, or issues I have. Staff always ready to listen. But J.M.C taxis from Hereford they don't care about the patients, drivers not very nice (N.H.S volunteer drivers - great).
