Staff were extremely helpful and everything was explained fully. Very friendly staff also, which made me feel more relaxed.
Not received a letter for my appointment therefore I had no clue about the strict guidelines I had to follow if I knew prior I would have re-arranged an appointment.
Very long wait for appointment and find that having treatment in two hospitals very hard to understand.
Patients are more likely to get stressed between treatments and also unnecessary extra pain.
Because the treatment was in two hospitals the delay in treatment took many months longer due to lack of communication between Chapel Allerton and Pinderfields at times had to do the chasing myself.
Staff in laser unit excellent!

I was a bit surprised with the provisional diagnosis and not entirely "with it" while it was obviously "non of the mill" for he very pleasant dietitians involved.
The care is good. But the service appalling. An 1 1/4 waiting time unacceptable.
Nobody seems to know what they are doing and make reference to others rather than take responsibility for themselves.
Pleasant staff.
Consultant, although busy, was kind and helpful everything clean and tidy.
