Everyone has been really great & I have felt very supported and cared for. I would 100% reccommend this hospital to family and friends. I can not think of 1 thing that could be improved - all staff have been great. Thank you.

The whole experience has been exceptionally good. Coordination and patient care is excellent. This is the NHS at its best.

Everything was excellent. All members of staff were polite, professional, friendly and efficient. I am very pleased with all the care I recieved and there was a calm professional atmosphere through the hospital. All the ward staff were attentive to my treatment and to other patients on the ward. I feel very lucky that I have such an excellent hospital so close to me with NHS staff who do such a great job!

This is a nice clean hospital, friendly helpful staff physiotherapists and the Surgeon visited the ward to see his patients. .From the visitors point of view the parking fees are extortionate, sometimes one is only parked for 1 hour or even half an hour if dropping something off there, but the £2.70 fee applies (no change given). The biggest bugbear of all is the waiting to go home, When a patient is told he can arrange for someone to take them home the next day, they fully expect to be discharged at a determined time for example 11am. Waiting for medication to arrive from another source when there is a pharmacy in the hospital one floor below (but closed), is deplorable, 5-6 hours wait is no joke, sometimes the person you arrange to take you home is not available when you are discharged later than expected. I understand this is one of the main problems with the system in all hospitals, but it seems no-one has yet sorted it out.

Staff are fantastic, friendly, caring always time to help and understand. Food is always hot and well presented. Nice to have wifi code.

all staff extremely friendly and happy. I feel like I can ask for anything and staff are genuinely happy to help. Really positive atmosphere I wish all hospitals and wards were like this.
