everyone was happy, smiling and friendly which means a lot to me. Pre-op - the only complaint is having to be here for 7 am but not going to theatre before 11.30 am. A traumatic experience made easy.

Very efficient and cheerful, helpful staff. Physio and occupational therapy staff supportive, patient and kind. Wont be afraid to come back but hope I dont have to.

This is a lovely hospital to come to. There is a good atmosphere and everything is done efficiently. I have been here a lot and it is lovely to be greeted warmly by the staff. I cannot suggest any improvements - except perhaps paying the staff more!

All staff members were very good and caring. Friendly it made me feel good. Even thow I have a fobia about staying in hospital and want to go home. Could do with shorter chairs and those things on the side of the bed.

The nurses were fantastic when I was crying and very professional. Really clean and organised.
