All the staff were very friendly and helpful but there is lack of communication between Dr/staff/Patients. Plus items are prescribed and the patient not told about it or have it explained why it was prescribed.

Excellent care and very friendly staff, meals were surprising nice. Only complaint is I had to wait for the ward doctor. Not good when you have to pay nearly £10 in parking fees. He took too long. Thank you for your help and treatment.

The nursing staff and all staff were very helpful any problem was no problem to them, it does help all patients who have a knee op or any kind of operation to do the exercises as much as you can as it gets you better.
