Polite, professional, well informed of every aspect of my procedure. Constantly asked if I was feeling okay, prompt with antiemetics. They all do a great job! Lovely professional and friendly environment.
The care was excellent. Staff were very good in the care, etc that they gave to patients.
Always smiling and helpful, good food. Always ready to help. Did feel I had to wait long after pressing the buzzer.
The care was very good. Staff from doctors, nurses, cleaners, food providers, service with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble.
What was good:
-Immediate pain relief post op.
-Listened to concerns prior to OP re anaesthetic.
-Consultant - Mr Anano - took time to see me before and after OP.
-Much better than LGI.
What could be improved.
-Not to be juggled on list.
-Excessive waiting time without explanation.
I was informed well, before the operation by the very friendly staff.
The nurse who helped me get dressed after my operation was lovely and she removed the cannula from my hand and explained the post operative care and medication I need to take.
The staff are very caring and considerate. All areas are very clean and tidy.
Now is a lot easier because my veins are hard to get the blood out and also getting the results the same time.
The staff and care given on Ward C2 of Chapel Allerton Hospital is excellent! They do an amazing job, skilled, friendly and welcoming. The food is lovely and arrives hot.
They are a credit to the NHS we come twice a week for a day clinic and they make it more tolerable.
Nurses wonderful, care excellent, less division between chemist, OTS etc.
