Helpful and informative staff.
Caring and friendly.
Being treated as a person, not just a number. Sometimes seems a long wait when you buff, but I understand that is difficult if a lot want attention at the same time. It would be good however if one was just acknowledged more promptly. Sometimes difficult to keep pace with the rate of the Yorkshire voice as a Londoner.
Staff are brilliant and can't do enough for you, particularly clinical support workers Lynne, Michelle and 'Sumi'.
They took into account that I was younger than most of the other patients and may have different needs.
No complaints about my stay S/N Julie was working non-stop whilst Mike (S/N) walked around with his hands behind his back before announcing he was going for a break. Maybe job sheets would be a good idea to see who does what and how much! Julie wouldn't have time for job sheets but mike would.
Friendly staff, more attentive due to my birthday - especially Hazel and Rizza.
All the staff are kind, patient and understanding.
The wards are kept extremely clean.
I felt relaxed and am leaving feeling much better.
Thank you to everyone.
Pre op room not good- broken toilet seat, window wouldn't close so very cold.
