Was not given a waiting time between consultation and patch test therefore I daren't go for a coffee and sandwich in case my name was called. I have been waiting over 1 hour at time of writing. Every other aspect of my visit was OK.

Could have a doctor who treated patients with respect - especially woman patients.
(Dr Bhutani) - rude most women pts complained about him.

I walked in early and nervous and was instantly put at ease and asked if I wanted to sit outside in the fresh air. All the staff were polite, friendly, helpful and approachable.
