There was a mix up with the clinics. I was asked to come at 7 am but did not go to theatre until afternoon - this could obviously be improved. However, the moving staff were all lovely and did their utmost to make me as comfortable as possible and their care was excellent. I would have no problems with being treated here again and would be happy to recommend it to my family.
