When I went to get tested, the staff were all very helpful, kind and informative about what we were going to do on the day and also information on other potential treatments I could have if I so wished. They also provided plenty of helpful information on the pill. Every staff member that I encountered, from the receptionist to the sexual health nurse were very kind and supportive, and helped soothed my anxiety and stress.
