Both people I have spoken to were very welcoming and I felt comfortable talking about my experiences with them.
I could tell they were following specific guidelines maybe just ease up slightly and talk more to the person than following the structure of the call.
Overall I felt very comfortable.

kind and caring. the staff were so supportive and lovely, i did not feel uncomfortable at any time. every option is gone through with you so you can get the absolute best you can get, it is a very safe space.
