Clinician very knowledgable and friendly. I liked that she asked me how I was physically and emotionally I can imagine that helps a lot of patients. I liked that she was keen not to just throw out tablets and talked through other ways to manage my symptoms as opposed to antibiotics. Today was reassuring despite not being able to be tested.

No microbiologist on site so meant I could not get tested today which was disappointing. Also the signage points to the back car park, I parked at the back and no signage for entrance. I rang reception who explained how to get there but it’s worth improving your signage.

Really great place, the staff were super friendly and never made me feel stressed or uncomfortable. It made the situation so much more calming

Overall the appointment was ok but I felt rushed and wasn’t really given the treatment that I asked for.

Maybe just listen a bit more and be more attentive to my questions. I just felt really rushed like the nurse wanted me out there fast.

from the receptionist to the lady i saw everyone was really friendly and made me feel relaxed, it was my first time going to a proper sexual health clinic so i was a bit apprehensive but everyone was lovely. i forgot the name of the lady i saw but id like to thank her for making me feel so comfortable and being so friendly as she knew i was a bit nervous and have health anxiety sometimes! :) <3

Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Reception did not report I had arrived and it was only until I asked how long the delay would be, I was seen.
