I am a young man, age 20 who came here as a final result to accessing free condoms that I am entitled to. I had been to 5 different Pharmacies before this, each were either out of stock or closed. After explaining to the staff that I'd travelled 45 minutes to get here, and finding out they did in fact have stock. And I did have a C-Card. They then declined my entitlement due to having a C-Card that was issued at Telford. This is ridiculous. This place is supposed to help those who are in need of condoms and are entitled to them. I am entitled. No support or help given from brook. Not even a one time issue after how desperate I proved myself. Disguisting service. Avoid!
