I had the pleasure of having Em and another lovely nurse for my implant today (11/04/23). They were both the loveliest people and made me feel so at ease. As part of the young people in i we are so lucky to have kind and thoughtful nurses like the both of them. And as a trainnee em was amazing and caring and put me at ease. Both beautiful people inside and out.
