Cleanliness excellent, staff friendly and caring, food good, there were times I didn't have the food, but it was nothing to do with the standard, it was my appetite had gone.
All staff very caring.
Nothing too much bother.
Cheery & empathetic.
Very professional
Gave you confidence to be more independant but you knew they were "keeping an eye on you" - Just in case!
Staff friendly and helpfull & polite. Everything explained well. No problems.
I cannot state strongly enough how well I have been treated on Ward 18.
All the staff on Ward 18 right down to the cleaners are so professional and careing they cannot do enough for you even when busy they make time for your needs and will help in any situation this is the first time in my life I can honestly say I have enjoyed my stay in hospital I really think that all the staff on ward 18 should be given the praise
I honestly cannot think of any improvemet that could be made. Both the care and treatment were superb.
Care was great.
From start 2 finish, everyone involved have been extreemly caring, thoughtful & considerate, cannot do enough for you.
The tea & toast were much appreciated and the young man was very helpful....
