Ever thing was good. Lovely people
All staff were kind courteous and caring. They wee helpful at all times.
Only one point - I came in at 7am and was 3rd on list so did not go to theatre till 1.30. Felt quite isolated in a side room during that time.
Having been in a number of hospitals both for myself and family members, this was the best hospital experience I have every had ...
At every point the staff have been polite, available at all times and have taken great care to explain exactly what was going on. The anethetist Rita was brilliant and talked through the whole process before and during the operation. The nursing staff were helpful at all times day and night and were consistent, irrespective of shift.
The care package I received was excelent from the first assement to discharge I was treated with dignity and respect even though I would be classed as elderly. The ward staff were excelent. Nothing was a problem to them. I noted that a nurse was monerting a student nurse and was very good very patient
I don't believe from my experience on ward 18 (or day surgical) I could improve my stay at all. From entering everyone was kind and friendly and most professional in giving information and my dignity etc. If it was not for the staff I came in quite frightened and feeling poorley and vunerable the staff helped me no end.
Everyone was very caring nothing a bother. Extremely clean (the ward) this is my second visit to this hospital and I would always recommend it.
Very good , all round care
Outstanding care
All the staff are caring & so positive
Both myself & my husband are so grateful to everyone who helped with his rehab.
The only improvement would be to let patients know if they will not receive physio on a weekend or if the physio will be later in the day.
Staff are lovely
Can´t say anything bad about it. Everything was good
