Sunday 28th November 2021 7pm: Absolutely brilliant. Nurses (Lucy & Karen) were just superb. Explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease even though I had a facial injury. Kept my spirits up with light humoured chat and giggles. Follow up phone call was prompt with full information of my next appointment next day at JR. Thank you to two incredible nurses.
