The staff were very kind and reassured me which I am very thankful for.
Suggested improvements
I was sent by 111 but I couldn't find a way in and had to wait outside for 20 mins ringing the bell. Despite this, I did get seen by a nurse who was very kind and I was thankful for her reassurance.
