I really appreciate all the NHS 111staff who assist me to get an appointment with the Bicester community hospital
The GP was exceptionally caring. Treated me with kindness and I am so grateful for that.

When calling to enquire if I could be seen at 10pm on a Saturday night the staff were really helpful and kind. Having accidentally shut my hand in a door they offered to check it to assess if I needed to attended the JR for an x-ray. Upon arrival I was seen quickly and the staff were very kind and gave great advice.

Although I was seen quickly and treated very well the X-ray department was not not open and I still had to travel to A&E and wait 3 hours

Appointment was made for me went in on time- nurses were very kind and caring- and dealt with my injured leg
