More communication about waiting times - I have been more twice in last week and both times been long wait after appointment time (1-5 hours late on first occasion) This would be more tolerable if notified of delay when backing in updated. Today I was given first available appointment and still waited a long time after appointment slot - uncertainty around what had up could be their early when waiting room empty the - GP seen was very thorough and reassuring - he involved me in all decisions and explained symptoms and diagnosis thoroughly.
I am very happy with care delivered by him.
