Despite there being one doctor and one nurse on when we were present at Bicester community hospital we received excellent service from Gail, who was very thorough with assessing our son, when he came out with spots and was brilliant at discussing and reassuring us, what the spots may be. Gail is certainly a credit to the NHS. I would like to say, I was shocked that with Bicester being a growing town, there was on a Saturday night 1 doctor on only. As a family we hardly use the NHS so this was an eye opener.
