We called 111 as my husband was struggling with a chest infection. The Doctor had diagnosed this the previous day but he seemed to be deteriorating. The 111 service is thorough, efficient and very comforting. We were at Bicester Community Hospital within 35 minutes and saw Dr Blazewicz. I cannot commend this Dr enough not only for his manner but his knowledge - it was absolutely amazing. He also has the skill of translating it into terms that non-medical, often scared people can easily understand. I cannot thank the whole team enough for the care and compassion that we received.
