They were very knowledgeable and helpful - and cheerful!

Suggested improvements
Although I had been told by the NHS 111 service that a booking had been made for me, and I received a confirming text, there was a large sign on the outside door saying they were closed, with no signs of activity inside. At first I turned away then decided to push the button to call the desk. Then I was let in and all was fine. However the sign did confuse me.
