I have been fortunate to not have experienced many serious injuries but I ended up with an open fracture of my finger. I went straight to Bicester community hospital and Genene and Emily were so so lovely and kind the entire time I was there. In an hour they had cleaned and steri-striped my finger and I was booked in for an X-ray the next day at Abingdon. It was a very efficient process and I couldn’t have asked for more. It was nicer than going to A&E and waiting for hours! I have since been back for a tetanus jab and Genene once again was incredibly lovely and so was Hayley who did my jab. These three lovely ladies are a credit to the NHS and make accessing these services so much nicer and less scary.
