Staff were kind and attentive. A great nd very experienced health care assistant was able to step in and help with a dressing which was proving tricky.

The trainee paramedic was very kind but somewhat inexperienced and needed the assistance of the health care assistant. A nurse used to dealing with wounds and dressings would have been perhaps better. I was also told on the ward when I rang the JR the previous day that I probably needed to see a doctor as the dressing was also causing an allergic reaction hence having to ring 111 and then them book me at Bicester however I didn't see a doctor.
