This is a review for the out of hours doctor we saw on 15th October 2022 at 14:25pm and not a general review for the hospital. I understand there are staff shortages and nhs staff are under a lot of pressure. I work in the nhs myself but the attitude of the doctor was horrendous. I would not dream to have that sort of attitude with my clients. If the doctor reads this, please next time: have a little more empathy for crying toddlers, be more aware of your body language and refrain from standing across the room with your arms crossed just staring at the patient as if to say we’re wasting your time. We were asked to go have a walk round and rebook an appointment as her next patient was in 10mins. She had tried with our toddler for not more than 5mins….
