Everything fine!
Like the past stay in Bassetland.
Everyone from cleaners to doctors are very pleasant and efficient.
The atmosphere is relaxing and effective in getting better.
Thank you to everyone.
Food/hygiene/care excellent.
Staff extremely hard working efficient, friendly and positive even under pressure, cannot fault the care I received, just need to get date for operation- down to Manchester.
Care excellent.
Thank you very much.
Everything was good excellent even from all of the staff, made what was a worrying time into something to being well.
Individual care with everyone under pressure was excellent.
Good food. Concientous approach by all the doctors and nurses was great.
They struggled because staffing was short and they had to spend valuable time phoning round, plus the lack of coordination at times meant nurses were trying to do doctors bidding took after patients check on health care and rota staff shortages, which was not ideal.
I would like to thank everyone on care team for the best service available. I would recommend anyone to get here is possible.
Everyone could not have done more.
Thank you.
Everything in the hospital was very good, the nurses and the domestic staff are very friendly.
First class care and attention from entering A and E to care on the wards from everyone at the hospital. No complaint whatsoever with the doctors, nurses and domestic staff. All extremely helpful and polite.
