All staff who spoke to me were friendly and explained what was going to happen and why.
I did wait a while to be offered a drink, but I could have asked I suppose.
Everything was OK.
From coming on to the unit the care was first class during my entire stay up to my going home. As a family member who come with my dad and stayed with him the staff were lovely always checking he was OK. Offering tea and biscuits very kind and helpful.
Always feel welcomed. All the staff are very nice and go above and beyond. Wouldn't change a thing!!
The nurse care on ward B6 was very good.
Only on the ward for 1 day and I find the staff very helpful, efficient and friendly. No need for improvements.
Everyone was caring and helpful although extremely busy they do a brilliant job. But more staff on shifts would be a huge improvement.
You cannot get better care anywhere. Thank all the nurses and Drs for looking after me.
Both doctors and all the nursing staff are very attentive.
Volume on TV.
They were wonderful, the care they gave was out of this world. Nothing was too much trouble.
They run off there feet sometimes they don't even get a break. So can't thank them enough.
