Didn't wait long for an appointment. Was seen on time. Very friendly staff.
Was very well informed about my treatment and what was going to happen the staff was very polite and answered my questions
Didn’t have to wait very long at all to be seen and was dealt with promptly and professionally
Appointment was kept promptly but I didn’t feel rushed. The podiatrist took time to look at my history and explained the outcomes of the operation on my future walking. He recommended various types of walking shoes which was especially valuable to me because I am a walker. He took a new mold for my insoles which are needed following my op. Very good service given by a very professional person
Son age 5 has suffered with croup every winter since he was born, it’s a barking cough and cold symptoms- every-time we have visited mainly during the early hours of the morning we have been triaged and seen by a doctor and home within a couple of hours- the staff are great and the healthcare and nurses really looked after him, he is given steroids orally then have to sit and let it kick in before leaving, the staff are friendly and compassionate even though they are under immense pressure and stress- thank you Bassetlaw for always going over and above in the care you provide
Having attended Bassetlaw a+e on Wednesday 10th Feb I can only praise the entire team starting with the very friendly receptionist and continuing with the assessment nurses and finally the doctor who examined me and explained in understandable conversation what the problem was and what further tests are required. Overall they cannot be faulted so thank you very much.
The reception was welcoming and explained where I had to go for my Pre OP and gave me good directions.
The nurse Lynn was very welcoming and made me fell at ease and explained the presider, she was helpful and very professional and I was very happy to tell her my condition, I am having my left hand operated on, I was thinking that I was lucky to be having it done as I thought with corvid It would bee a lot longer before I had the call for my operation.
Very good treatment all round
I gave birth to my son in May and I got the best care I could. My midwife Joy and student midwife Samantha was brilliant and explained everything and gave such great care
