I was cared for very well and would not change anything.
Very good care, can't really improve. Thank you!
Excellent care.
The majority of the staff are extremely helpful and sympathetic inspite of being understaffed. Obviously working when exhausted and unwell is detrimental to the well being of both patient and staff and this brings us back to the problem of staff shortage.
Staff available whenever needed via buzzer.
All queries dealt with.

My care was OK but as I had already been taking medication before my knee OP there was a misunderstanding with my medication. Finally on Thursday 23rd March after a lot of pain Natalie Ebbs managed to get my pain relief sorted. From there on I was able to do my exercises and therefore go home.
Everything about my stay was fantastic all the staff were lovely but Martine and Alan couldn't do enough for me and were so amazing.
