I was on my way home when I had a hiatus hernia attack. The nurse said she would take me back to A and E where the doctor ordered a heart racing and blood test to find out what was happening. I had a cup of tea and some toast and marmalade every stage things were explained.

I'm not qualified to pass judgment on the running of an A and E department. The staff are polite and friendly.
