Day staff were great, no issues, they were quick to respond, friendly and easy to talk to. Night staff 21/02/17 - 22/02/17 health care worker (in green) was quite rude. I asked 5* for some paracetamol each time being told she would ask. Nurse in the morning didn't know nothing about it. Not professional at all.
