The most important improvement will be to have a chart of staff uniforms so we know who to ask for what. Because I have no idea what blue, white, pink, dark blue tops mean. So when I ask for something staff say you need to ask XYZ. If we are ill and in barrier nursing private room, it's annoying and a lot of time is wasted, asking wrong staff. A few pictures wouldn't go a miss on walls of landscapes, sunsets, mountains. Add character.
