Good. Communication between self and staff. Food - excellent and nutritious. General care - no issues. Hygiene observation - domestic grip rim of glass with the same glove as window sill cleaned with. Improvements. Observed long delays for patients pressing buzzer. Disruption from 'wilf' trying to get in rooms and the time taken away from nurses. Common sense - tables left out of reach and buzzer placed out of reach for patients unable to get out of bed.
