Maybe put seats outside for people who wait for a taxi

I find all nurses and doctors which I meet very nice helpful and polite most of the times..

I find all nurses and doctors which I meet very nice helpful and polite.. All patients will appreciate better attitude of some reception staff.. some… not all.. looks like some hate their job to be there… I will happily replace it some and to be kind and polite to each other doesn't take much.. we are all humans.. and we all should treat people they way how we like to be treated.. also walk in service should be just walking and not filled every 20 mins with app… And vice versa

I was happy the way I been treated.. doctor was very nice also nurses… Got a help and medication which I needed..

The only problem this place have is unpleasant and arrogant staff on reception… people coming over there for help.. they come with frustration and pain seeking for help.. and cold approach to patients will not make them feel any better.. no-one coming there to fight or argue.. also phone line never answered.. on the line for 20 min soon as it comes to number 2/3 line will be cut off.. so Is not really helpful.
