because I had never had a problem when I go there. They explain everything they are going to do and make sure you understand, as soon as you walk in there take care of you . I do appreciate that so much .

Emma was so friendly and took her time to explain everything. Really made me feel as ease as I was very anxious. Emma took that into consideration and ensured I was ok throughout. Thank you I really appreciate it. Reception staff the gentleman was very friendly and helpful.

I was treated nicely. The nurse expalined everything very well and she did the procedure smoothly.

Waiting time for walk in patients is too much. We enetered the clinic 9 am when it opens but alreasy 7 patients were ahead of us and we wwre seen around 10:45 am
