I spoke to a lady called Sudela, she works with the interpretations of blood results I believe. She was incredibly reassuring, kind and really took the time to explain how sometimes, with blood results, problems are created from nothing. She really made me feel at ease when I was going through a rough patch. It’s workers like her that make a difference :) many thanks Sudela for your compassionate ways.
