My experience was excellent - mainly because of the brilliant staff. So many patients waiting to be seen, some becoming unnecessarily aggressive due to wait times. But the safe handle it with such dignity & care.

I think that the service is over stretched. The staff are brilliant - they seem to go over and above. It only works because they are putting the time effort to make it so. The walk in system seems to be causing added stress. For this walk in service to function better there needs to be more staff.
