I’m not a resident in London , and I got seen by a medical professional which I thought was excellent, , got seen with in 2 hours which I thought was banging for a London hospital, I forget the nurses name , butt try she really did make me feel ok , very professional and understanding, felt very comfortable with her, thank you , also the receptionists x 2 were the best

Suggested improvements
Turned the tv down in the waiting area , no loud phones , there should be a policy to say head phones only , it did my head and ears right in , listening to the tv extra loud , and noise coming out of everyone’s phones which made distorted noise , why should people have to sit a listen to everyone’s personal phones , it makes me angry, there was no proper queuing system before the waiting room opened , even if you got to the hospital before others it was like a race once the doors opened
